This is a good option for those of you who have never been to Puerto Escondido and want your own individual bed to sleep in during the retreat as well as all food organized and accommodations arranged. (Spots are limited.)

A medicine ceremony with Ragde Lobo and team. This also includes preparation, food and integration.

We start each ceremony with exercises to relax and release the nervous system. Starting with a laying down sound healing we move into deep meditation.

We also set up time during the day before ceremony for journal intention setting and a group sand mandala ritual.

As well as post ceremony integration, food, relaxation and rest.
